To relevant colleges and international students:
China Three Gorges University (CTGU) will organize the 2020 University HSK Level-4 Test for Final-year Students on June 11th, 2020. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:.
1. Test time：1:30~4:00 PM of June 11th, 2020.
2. Test Form: Online Test at Home
3. Test Preparation:
(1) Each test taker should prepare two equipments (laptop(s)/computer(s)/mobile phone(s) , one (better with headphone/microphone) is for the test, the other one (with camera and speaker) is for filming during the whole period of the test).PC is strongly recommended for completing the test. For question 86-95, not all the phones can run them well. (Please see attachment 1 for details)
(2) In order to ensure the test process smoothly, test takers are required to sign the Mandatory CTGU Examination Pledge online (Website: https://www.wjx.cn/jq/80758682.aspx) no later than June 8th and prepare the network and equipments for the exam accordingly in advance.
(3) All the test takers are required to join the following Online Testing WeChat group before June 8th and change ‘My Alias in Group’ into student number + name. Those who do not change name accordingly or fail to sign the Mandatory CTGU Examination Pledge online will be kicked out by the group owner before the test information released. Each test taker's ticket number and password will be published in the group at 1:45pm on June 11th 2020. All test takers shall start the online test at 2:00 pm.
(4) All test takers are requested to download the Tencent Conference APP （腾讯会议） in advance and enter the test room at 1:30pm on June 11th, 2020. Name list and test room number are listed as attachment 3.
(5) If the test taker fails to take or complete the test due to reasons not caused by the test organizer, the responsibility shall be borne by the test taker. Test fee will not be refunded
