生物催化合成药物小分子、柑橘内源酶筛选和鉴定

个人简介

20247月博士毕业于华中农业大学食品科学技术学院,加入天然产物研究与利用湖北省重点实验室(三峡大学)。在博士期间,主要致力于人工多孔材料(金属有机框架,共价有机框架和氢键有机框架)构建酶固定化体系,并将其应用于药物合成以及食品污染物检测和降解。

在硕士期间:主要采用高分辨质谱技术分析检测柑橘皮渣中的化学成分,构建多元双水相体系萃取分离水果加工副产物中的活性成份,并对多元双水相体系对化合物的选择性进行研究。
