个人简介

周超,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。湖北省人才工程入选者,湖北省博士服务团成员,湖北省遗传学会副秘书长,湖北省生物信息学会理事,湖北省药理学会中药药理专业委员会委员,中药材信息化育种宜昌市重点实验室负责人。2018年博士毕业于华中农业大学作物遗传改良全国重点实验室,同年受聘于三峡大学全职工作。一直从事植物生物信息学和表观遗传学的研究,相关成果发表SCI论文30余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature PlantsNucleic Acids ResearchPlant PhysiologyPlant communicationsHorticulture Research等国内外著名刊物上发表10余篇,其中ESI高被引论文1篇;主持国家自然科学基金2项,湖北省自然科学基金1项,其他厅局级和横向项目10余项,授权国家发明专利3项。目前,担任PLOS ONE等国际期刊编委。主讲《生物大数据》,《生物信息学》等课程。
