生物与制药学院来华留学生（本科、硕士）奖学金评定办法
（试行）
为提高来华留学本科生生源质量，鼓励留学生在校期间认真学习，积极参加各类活动，培养品学兼优、知华友华爱华的留学生，参照《三峡大学自费外国留学生奖学金评定办法》、《三峡大学学生奖学金评定及奖励办法》等文件，结合我院来华留学生工作实际，特制订本办法。
第一条 奖学金评定对象
参加奖学金评定的对象为生物与制药学院在读全日制来华自费留学本科生、硕士研究生。
第二条 奖学金评定机构
学院成立来华留学生评优工作小组，成员由学院领导、留学生管理人员、班主任等组成，定期按留学生所在年级进行奖学金评定。
第三条 奖学金类别及额度
(一) 新生奖学金：5000元/人。学院每年给予来华留学新生5000元/人的奖学金，奖学金只能用于缴纳在校期间第一学年的学费。
（二）学业奖学金：每学年结束后，根据留学生学习成绩及综合表现，分为三等。
一等奖学金：人民币10000元/人/年，不超过我院每年级留学生总人数的5%；
二等奖学金：人民币5000元/人/年，不超过我院每年级留学生总人数的10%；
三等奖学金：人民币2000元/人/年，不超过我院每年级留学生总人数的15%。
（三）单项奖学金：根据留学生在校期间的表现评定。
第四条 学业奖学金评定标准
（一）基本条件：全年课程考勤达到90%以上，上一学年内所修课程成绩均达到及格，且没有任何违纪处分的情况。
（二）按学习成绩（全部必修课程加权平均成绩）从高到低依次评出。
（三）三年级及以上学生奖学金评定时，汉语水平考试（HSK）达到四级。
第五条 单项奖学金评定标准
1. 文化交流奖：在各级文化交流项目中表现突出者，奖励人民币500-2000元/人/年，具体奖励金额由学院来华留学生评优工作小组确定。
2. 优秀学生干部奖：学生干部中表现出色者，奖励人民币500-2000元/人/年，具体奖励金额由学院来华留学生评优工作小组确定。
3. 招生奖: 每招收一个学历教育留学生，奖励人民币1000元/人。
第六条 有下列情形之一者，取消其奖学金评选资格：
1. 本学年度违反中国法律或校纪校规并受到相应处分者，或受留校察看处分尚在察看期者；
2. 无故欠费者；
3. 在奖学金评定中弄虚作假者；
4. 本学年留、降级者；
5. 参加学校、学院组织的各项集体活动方面，无故缺勤总次数达到或者超过4次/学年者，或者迟到或早退次数达到6次/学年者；
6. 有其他不端行为或不当言行被投诉且经查证情况属实者。
第七条 奖学金评定程序
按照“公平、公开、公正”的原则，学业奖学金评定一般于每学年开学9月至11月进行评定，由学院留学生教学管理办公室负责审核留学生成绩单后将结果提交学院来华留学生评优工作小组进行评定。
单项奖学金一般于每学年开学9月至11月进行评定，由留学生本人提出申请及相关证明材料，经学院学生工作管理办公室审核后将结果提交学院来华留学生评优工作小组进行评定。
学院统筹学院学业奖学金以及其它类型来华留学生奖学金的评定。
学院来华留学生评优工作小组的评定结果将在学院予以公示。
第八条本办法自发布之日起实施，由生物与制药学院学生工作管理办公室负责解释。

Measures for the Scholarship Evaluation of International Students of College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences
On the purpose of improving the quality of undergraduate international students and encouraging self-funded international students to study hard and participate in activities actively, as well as cultivating outstanding self-funded international students with good academic performance, good behavior, knowledge of China and love for China, this Measures are formulated on the basis of the rules of Measures of China Three Gorges University for the Scholarship Evaluation of International Students and Measures of China Three Gorges University for the Scholarship Evaluation and encouragement methods, and the actual situation of College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Article One Eligible Applicants
The international students as mentioned in these Measures refer to those who are the self-funded international undergraduate and graduate students study in College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Article Two Organization for Scholarship Evaluation
The group of scholarship evaluation is including the department leaders, international administrative staff and class adviser. The group of scholarship evaluation will judge who can get scholarship on time.
Article Three Categories and Amount of Scholarship
1. New student scholarship
College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences will offer the new student scholarship, 5000RMB per person. The new student scholarship only can be used to pay the tuition fee.
2. Academic scholarship
The academic scholarship will be divided into three parts. It is depending on the mark and behavior.
First-grade Scholarship: 10000 RMB per person, maximum 5% of the total college international students in each grade;
Second-grade Scholarship: 5000 RMB per person, maximum 10% of the total college international students in each grade;
Third-grade Scholarship: 2000 RMB per person, maximum 15% of the total college international students in each grade;
3. Outstanding Student Scholarship:
According to the student’s conduct. The group of scholarship evaluation will select outstanding students.
Article Four Academic scholarship Evaluation Criteria
1. The basic rule is the international student must pass all courses in the academic year and the attendance of all the courses should reach to 90%. At the same time, international student can not break any rules or laws.
2. The grades range from high to low.
3. For students in the third year and above must pass HSK-4.
Article Five Outstanding Student Scholarship Evaluation Criteria
1. Cultural exchanges scholarship: The outstanding students are in some kind of cultural exchanges projects. The scholarship is from 500RMB to 2000RMB. The sum of scholarship will be confirmed by the group of scholarship evaluation.
2. Outstanding student cadre scholarship: The scholarship for the outstanding student cadre is from 500RMB to 2000RMB. The sum of scholarship will be confirmed by the group of scholarship evaluation.
3. Enrolling students scholarship：1000RMB for enrolling one international student to study in College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Article Six Students with one of following situations in the academic year are disqualified for Scholarship Evaluation:
1. Students who have been punished for violating Chinese laws or university regulations, or are still in detention.
2. Students who fail to pay tuition fee, accommodation fee or any other fees without proper reasons.
3. Students who have provided any fake documents in the Scholarship Evaluation;
4. Students who have repeated the academic year, or who went up to the current grade on probation;
5. Students who miss the university activity and college activity more than 4 times or come late/leave early 6 times in the academic year.
6. Students who have harmful behavior or speech which are already been proved.
Article Seven Procedure of Evaluation
In accordance with the principle of "fairness, openness and fairness", the assessment of academic scholarships is usually carried out from September to November every academic year. The teaching management office of the College reviews the transcripts of returned students and submits the results to the group of scholarship evaluation to assess.
The Outstanding Student Scholarships are usually assessed from September to November of each academic year. Applications and related supporting materials are submitted by the international students themselves. After being reviewed by the student affairs office of the college, the scholarships will be submitted to the group of scholarship evaluation.
For all the Grade Scholarships and other types of scholarships, College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences have the right to explain and select.
The evaluation results will be announced in the college.
Article Eight This Measures shall come into force as of the date of its publication. The Office of Students affairs of College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences is authorized to be responsible for the explanation of this Measures.
