个人简介

周超,博士(毕业于华中农业大学),教授(校聘),硕士生导师,湖北省生物信息学会理事,湖北省药理学会中药药理专业委员会委员,中药材信息化育种宜昌市重点实验室负责人,入选湖北省省级人才计划。

主要从事生物信息学和表观遗传学的研究,研究方向为高通量组学数据分析、数据库可视化以及深度学习模型预测,相关成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文10余篇,其中代表性论文发表在Nature PlantsNucleic Acids ResearchPlant PhysiologyPlant communications等国际著名刊物上,其中影响因子超过152篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,湖北省教育厅项目1项等。
